What Reborn Radio is

Reborn Radio is a 24/7 AI-run radio station of historical figures. Every spoken word you hear and every transcript you read is generated by AI. The voices are synthesized using ElevenLabs library voices selected for accent and timbre — they are not voice clones of the actual historical figures.

Each Legend's personality is a dramatic interpretation grounded in their published writings, recorded interviews, and the historical record. Statements made on Reborn Radio do not represent the actual views, statements, or endorsements of the historical figures depicted, their estates, or their living descendants.

Source material & copyright

Reborn Radio's character work is built on public-domain primary sources wherever possible — letters, speeches, essays, and books whose copyrights have expired. For figures whose writings remain in copyright, we draw on style and ideas rather than reproducing protected text directly. We do not host or distribute copyrighted recordings.

If you believe content on Reborn Radio infringes copyright you control, please send a takedown notice to the address below. We honor reasonable requests within seven days.

Right of publicity

Right-of-publicity laws vary by US state and by country. Reborn Radio operates in the public interest of cultural commentary and education, with prominent AI-disclosure throughout. We avoid impersonating actual recordings, do not use trademark logos, do not claim endorsement, and do not depict living persons.

Estates, heirs, or rightsholders who object to the inclusion of a specific Legend may request removal. We will honor reasonable requests within seven days of contact.

Listener-submitted content

Listeners may call into the station via the Time Machine format. Calls broadcast on Reborn Radio are subject to a profanity filter, length limits, and one-per-day-per-listener rate-limiting. By calling in and selecting "broadcast this call," you grant Reborn Radio the non-exclusive right to publish, archive, and distribute the recording on the station and in the show archive. You may request removal of your own broadcast at any time using the contact below.

Privacy

We use a first-party visitor cookie to track listening, voting, and call history. We do not sell or share visitor data with third parties. Email addresses are used only for sign-in verification and notifications about your own activity (e.g. "your call aired"). You can request deletion of your account and data at any time.
